Practicalities

There is private parking on the driveway, suitable for up to 2 cars. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and a washer-dryer in the utility room.

Retreat includes

Smart TV, Netflix, Wifi internet, Barbecue, Board Games, Shepherd’s Hut, Linen, Logs and Kindling for the fire.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Two king bedrooms on the first floor share a well-appointed bathroom. In the garden, a shepherd's hut with its own en-suite sleeps a further two, giving flexible arrangements for families and groups.

Additional housekeeping on prior request.

Pets

One well-behaved dog is welcome, or two on prior request, charged at £60 per dog per week or part thereof.

A restored two-bedroom barn at Manor Farm in Clapton-on-the-Hill, with a sculptural central staircase, considered interiors and quiet countryside on every side. In the garden, a shepherd's hut offers space for two more guests, or simply a different place to sleep. A private retreat in the English countryside.
