You are welcome to share details of properties you’ve found through your own research. If a property has potential for our portfolio, we’ll provide expert guidance on how to maximise its appeal and an annual revenue projection. Should you wish, we can visit the property and provide a detailed report, including recommendations for interior design, landscaping, and a bespoke pricing structure outlining weekly and short-break tariffs across the seasons. A property visit fee of £250 applies, which is fully refunded once the property joins our portfolio.
Why join the For Sale database?
With over 10 years of experience in the luxury accommodation market, we know which properties consistently attract high-end guests and deliver strong returns. Our database gives you early access to portfolio properties for sale, as well as off-market opportunities identified by our team. Membership is free, and a 0.75% fee applies only if you purchase a property we introduce.
How often will I receive database alerts?
Alerts are tailored to your property requirements and market availability. We’ll email you when a portfolio property is for sale or when we identify a promising off-market opportunity. You can update your preferences or unsubscribe at any time. If working with a search agent, frequency will be managed directly through them.
If I opt for the search agency option, how do they source a property?
Our recommended search agencies have regional consultants across the UK with specialist local knowledge. They source both pre-market and off-market properties, keeping you informed of any available portfolio properties that might match your criteria.
Do I need a minimum budget in order for you to assist?
To join our database, a minimum budget of £600,000 is suggested. For a bespoke search through a search agent, budgets should be £800,000 or more.
Can you help me with interior design and landscaping too?
Yes. We can connect you with trusted specialists, from interior designers and architects to landscape gardeners and solicitors. We also provide guidance on investment required to ensure your property stands out and achieves maximum revenue potential.
