How can you help me find a holiday home investment?

You are welcome to share properties you have found yourself, in England or abroad. If a house has potential for our portfolio, we will advise on how to maximise its appeal and give you a projection of annual revenue. If you wish, we can visit and prepare a detailed report covering interiors, landscaping and a pricing structure for weekly and short-break stays across the seasons. A visit fee of £250 applies, refunded in full once the property joins our portfolio.

Why join the For Sale register?

With over ten years in the luxury accommodation market, we know which houses attract discerning guests and deliver strong returns. The register gives you early access to portfolio properties for sale and to off-market opportunities identified by our team. Membership is free; a fee of 0.75% applies only if you buy a property we introduce.

How often will I hear from you?

Alerts are tailored to your requirements and to what is available. We will email you when a portfolio property comes to market or when we identify a promising off-market opportunity. You can change your preferences or unsubscribe at any time. If you are working with a search agent, they will manage this directly.

How do your recommended search agents source properties?

Our recommended search agencies have regional consultants across the UK with specialist local knowledge. They source pre-market and off-market properties, and keep you informed of any portfolio properties that match your criteria.

Is there a minimum budget?

To join our register, we suggest a minimum budget of £600,000. For a bespoke search through a search agent, budgets should be £800,000 or more.

Can you help with interior design and landscaping?

Yes. We can introduce you to trusted specialists, from interior designers and architects to landscape gardeners and solicitors, and advise on the investment needed for your property to stand out and achieve its full revenue potential.
